First, our fitness facilities are semi-private and available 24 hours. We have all of the same state of the art equipment as the larger facilities, we just have it in a more private setting that is conducive to helping you reach your fitness goals. Imagine being able to park right at the front door for every workout! And we don't require you to sign long term contracts (we offer month to month contracts)!
Second, our personal training is just that. It's personal. It is designed for you specifically. At the initial consultation we will assess your goals, medical history, and current physical status. And then we will design a progam that is custom tailored to your abilities. It is not uncommon to see many of our beginning clients working with 5 pounds weights! These same individuals will also be the ones who are sweating the most and burning the most calories during their workout!
Third, an effective and efficient workout program will last no more than 45-60 minutes. And an effective, custom tailored program only needs to be implemented 3 days per week.
